Payments First of all, thanks for your order! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed through a third-party provider.

Sales Tax For all Massachusetts orders, a sales tax of 6.25% applies. There is no sales tax on orders placed outside of Massachusetts.

Shipping My goal is to ship your purchase within three to five business days after your payment has successfully cleared. Shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service and tracking will be provided when available.

At this time, I can only ship to addresses in the U.S. but special arrangements can be made if you require international shipping.

Packaging I want your notecards to arrive in perfect condition. Every purchase is packaged with care using environmentally-friendly materials where possible.

Changes to Your Order If you need to change anything about your order, contact me within 12 hours and I’ll do my best to update things.

Returns I try my best to make sure you’re 100% happy with your order but if you’re not, please contact me within seven days of receiving it. If an item arrives damaged, let me know right away.

Returns and refunds for other reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email me within a week of your receipt of the item you wish to return. You are responsible for return shipping and delivery confirmation. Please pack the items you are returning carefully.
